Technical features

1. Core Advantage: Dual-layer Structure: Compared to traditional single-layer nozzles, the

 F-series uses a **dual-layer conical structure**. This allows for faster, more concentrated,

 and stable auxiliary gas flow, effectively removing molten slag generated during cutting

 and significantly improving the quality of the cut surface.

2. Significantly improves thick plate cutting capability: When using oxygen to cut thick

 carbon steel, it can expand the thickness range of oxide-free cutting; when using nitrogen

 to cut thick stainless steel, it can improve the surface finish of the cross-section.

3. Reduced risk of reflection: When cutting highly reflective materials such as copper and 

aluminum, the airflow stability is better, which can reduce the probability of molten slag

 splashing onto the nozzle end face and lens, thereby protecting the cutting head.

4. Common Apertures: Apertures are typically available in the range of **1.2mm - 3.0mm**.

 The thicker and finer the cut, the larger the required aperture. It is recommended to use a

 double-layer F-series nozzle when cutting 2-3mm thin plates to help save gas; it also offers

 greater advantages in terms of cross-sectional area when cutting thicker plates.
